These teams provide centralized expertise across key business functions, partnering closely with brand leadership to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and strategic growth across the Bedrock platform.   ABOUT THE ROLE  The System Administrator is a critical member of the Technical Operations team, responsible for designing, managing, and securing the organization’s infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and network environments. This role serves as the primary owner of Microsoft 365, Azure, and core infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across the business.  This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in modernizing IT operations while helping build a resilient, well-documented environment with no single points of failure. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to strategic improvements, and have meaningful ownership from day one in a growing, multi-brand organization.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) and manage user lifecycle in Entra ID, including security policies such as MFA and conditional access   Own Azure infrastructure including subscriptions, networking, security posture, cost management, and disaster recovery capabilities   Serve as primary administrator for Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), including alert monitoring, incident response, and development of detection rules and automation workflows   Manage and govern Microsoft Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring security and compliance standards   Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file systems across on-prem and cloud environments   Manage Cisco Meraki network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless), including VPNs, segmentation, and multi-site connectivity   Own infrastructure monitoring and observability using PRTG, including alerting, dashboards, and system health visibility   Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies across cloud and on-prem systems, including Synology environments   Lead patching, vulnerability management, and endpoint security efforts across all infrastructure systems   Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources to support cross-functional resilience   Partner with Service Desk and IT team members to ensure knowledge transfer and eliminate single points of failure   Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of IT policies and controls    QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field   3+ years of hands-on experience in system administration or IT infrastructure roles   Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)  Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, identity, and cost management   Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM platforms for security monitoring and incident response   Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP   Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure, preferably Cisco Meraki in a multi-site environment   Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar)   Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions across cloud and on-prem environments   Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to create clear runbooks and procedures   Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, or SC-200   Experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance   Hands-on experience with Adaxes or similar Active Directory automation tools   Familiarity with Synology NAS environments and backup tools (Hyper Backup, Snapshot Replication)   Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred; Bash or Python a plus)   Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or multi-site environment   Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management   Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, or SOC 2  Note: This job description is not meant to be all-inclusive.  Employee may be required to perform other duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
