This role is responsible for designing and delivering innovative IT solutions that align with client business objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a consultative mindset to drive successful outcomes for our clients.  Candidates must be based in the Cleveland or Akron, OH metro areas. Up to 25% travel may be required.   Key Responsibilities  Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions  Design end-to-end architectures across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and data center technologies  Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations  Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to develop proposals and statements of work (SOWs)  Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle—from pre-sales through implementation  Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, compliance standards, and Advizex methodologies  Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solve client challenges  Support account teams in identifying new opportunities within existing clients  Required Qualifications  5–8+ years of experience in IT architecture, engineering, or consulting roles  Strong expertise in hybrid/cloud platforms, data center infrastructure, networking, virtualization and security  Experience designing and delivering complex, multi-technology solutions  Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and modernization strategies  Excellent communication and presentation skills  Proven ability to work in a client-facing, consultative role  Preferred Qualifications  Experience in a value-added reseller (VAR), systems integrator, or consulting environment  Relevant OEM certifications  Must be based in the United States.    As an Advizex employee, you will be eligible for the following benefits and perks:  Company-subsidized medical benefits  Dental and vision coverage offered  17 PTO days  Flexible Work Arrangements  Retirement Savings Plans  Paid Long Term Disability  Basic Life Insurance offered  Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $145,000- $160,000 base salary, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission.
