The Mission
We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team. The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-solution cloud engagements in a consulting environment. You are a strategic thinker who drives project ownership with confidence, blends methodologies to fit the engagement, and builds lasting client trust at every level of the organization. Your mission will be to lead high-value client engagements, champion delivery excellence, and mentor the next generation of Caylent Project Managers.
Your Assignment
Lead end-to-end ownership of multi-solution projects, proactively managing the backlog, schedule, scope, and budget alignment
Develop and facilitate multi-workstream project roadmaps, including all internal and external dependencies to avoid risks and ensure client alignment
Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project type; facilitate roadmap planning, dependency management, and ongoing reprioritization
Lead communication and mitigation/action plans grounded in solution-driven best practices
Demonstrate deep AppDev project management competency, including backlog development based on client requirements and SDLC Feature/Release management
Effectively communicate with all stakeholders—including Client executives, Delivery teams, Sales, and Leadership
Proactively identify and propose upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales; ensure clients understand and value the PM’s contribution
Lead discussions to identify client needs and collaborate with Sales for strategic account expansion; manage cross-functional client teams and external vendors
Provide timely Lattice feedback for project teams including workstream PMs, with a focus on client value
Mentor Project Coordinators, PMs, and Delivery team on Project Management and Agile practices
Participate as a first-round or panel interviewer for PM candidates
Lead CPM initiatives or trainings and contribute within strategic cross-functional initiatives
Your Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a client-facing role
3+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
Experience managing complex, multi-solution projects over $1 million with teams of 5 or more
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or similar cloud based certification or experience
Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experience
Background in managing projects solutioned around infrastructure modernization, data engineering, or application development disciplines
Strong experience with application development (AppDev) project management, including SDLC and Feature/Release management
Proven track record of facilitating executive-level stakeholder communications
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple complex engagements
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification
Experience leading client Agile transformations or implementations
Experience managing projects as a Technical Project Manager
Familiarity with SAFe frameworks and PI Planning
Experience in a mentorship or team leadership capacity
Demonstrated success in account expansion within a consulting environment

This role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.
Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $131,520 - CAD $157,824 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
