Location: Remote – US Work from Home. Commuting distance to Northern VA preferred. Otherwise, must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA  Reports to: CFO  Role Summary  SuccessKPI is seeking a Finance Manager to play a critical role on our Finance team, with a primary focus on FP&A, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial execution.  This role will work closely with the CFO and partner across the organization to support and execute the company’s financial strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, comfort operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions.  What You’ll Own  Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)   Build, maintain, and enhance forecasts and operating models  Own reporting and tracking of key SaaS operating metrics (ARR, MRR, churn etc.)  Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes  Partner closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to support financial and operational decision-making  Prepare and present financial reporting for multiple audiences, including internal leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders   Cross-Functional Partnership  Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly  close processes and support the annual GAAP audit  Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to manage and optimize the order-to-cash lifecycle  Work across departments to provide insights, analysis, and accountability in support of company-wide operating goals  What You’ll Bring  5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles  Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business strongly preferred  Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills  Proven experience partnering cross-functionally, including with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and RevOps  Strong understanding of ARR/MRR and SaaS operating metrics  Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines  Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence  Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs    SuccessKPI US Benefits: https://successkpi.com/careers/  Why Work at SuccessKPI  Opportunity to work for an organization that prides itself on offering a diverse and dynamic culture where employees are proud to work  Opportunity to work for a fast-growth global company in the rapidly growing analytics space  Opportunity for career development and growth opportunities as we grow and scale  Opportunity to build industry relationships and work alongside seasoned industry experts  Opportunity to work with our leadership team to strategize, collaborate, and solve customer challenges every day – YOU HAVE A VOICE AT SUCCESSKPI!   About SuccessKPI Inc.:  SuccessKPI is a rapidly growing and thriving business providing an AI Rich, pure SaaS analytics and automation platform for contact centers.
