InductiveHealth Informatics is seeking a Manager of Data & Analytics to lead the evolution of how data is leveraged across our public health platform. This role will be responsible for driving next-level analytics capabilities and transforming complex data into actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and stakeholders, ensuring our data is not only accurate and scalable, but also meaningful and widely adopted. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, or disability. country: US all locations: [United States] commitment: Full Time department: Product location: United States team: Product What You’ll Be Doing : Lead the design and execution of an organization-wide analytics strategy focused on scalability, usability, and impact  Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business and public health outcomes  Own and evolve data modeling practices to support high-quality reporting, dashboards, and downstream analytics use cases  Drive development and optimization of SQL-based data pipelines across Azure SQL and SQL Server environments  Oversee Power BI development, including Direct Query models and paginated reporting for operational and executive use  Establish and improve ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable, performant, and maintainable data flows  Implement and monitor data observability practices (e.g., Application Insights) to proactively identify and resolve data issues  Guide technical decision-making across .NET-based data services, including Entity Framework and related tooling  Mentor and develop team members, elevating technical capabilities and promoting best practices across the data stack  Champion data adoption across the organization by improving accessibility, usability, and trust in analytics outputs  What We’re Looking For : Strong experience with SQL (T-SQL, Azure SQL, SQL Server) in production environments  Proven expertise building and scaling Power BI solutions, including Direct Query and paginated reports  Solid understanding of data modeling principles and ETL/ELT architecture  Experience working with .NET technologies (C#, Entity Framework) in data-driven applications  Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences  Experience leading or mentoring data professionals, with a focus on raising team standards and output quality  Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and business stakeholders  A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term data vision with immediate business needs  What Will Make You Stand Out :   Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform consolidation strategies  Advanced Power BI expertise, specifically with performance optimization in Direct Query and building complex paginated reports  Experience implementing lightweight, high-performance data access patterns using tools like Dapper or RepoDb  Familiarity with API schema and documentation tools such as NSwag or Swashbuckle for data service integration  Comfort working with YAML/JSON-based configuration for data pipelines or services  Experience scripting or automating workflows using PowerShell in a data or infrastructure context  A track record of improving data observability, including proactive monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis  Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new data platforms or reporting standards across an organization
