Job Summary As a Glazing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for completing quality repairs, assess damage and perform preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store-front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings. You will serve as a leader, mentor, and work collaboratively with a crew of 1-2 technicians. Supervise and work hands-on with field crews- ensures efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Ensure workers receive proper training and adhere to all safety standards Manage and delegate day-to-day job site operations while enforcing quality control and best practices Monitor and track employee work hours, conduct daily field reports, safety inspections, and required paperwork Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance to customers.  On-call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule) Requirements Minimum 4+ years of installation or repair experience with commercial glazing systems including curtain walls, store-fronts, doors and hardware Able to assess damage, determine correct process and performing quality repairs Ability to train and mentor new employees Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile phone apps Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control Comfortable working outdoors and from heights Submit background check and drug test* Reliable transportation Preferred Skills Has previously worked in a Foreman/Lead position in this scope of work  #LI-JN1 4/22/2026 Contact Janice Nunez janice.nunez@flynncompanies.com  385-386-0918 Hablo español   #LI-DNI country: US all locations: [Spokane, WA] commitment: Field Full-time department: Flynn Group of Companies location: Spokane, WA team: Service - Skilled Technicians & General Labourer/Laborer
