We are happy to train the right candidates to join our team!  Job Summary: In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufactured building envelope products, including glazing systems, metal panels, and fabricated trims. You will work closely and collaboratively with the production teams to uphold standards and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Benefits Competitive wages Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums for employee and dependents) Vacation & holiday pay Vision & Dental insurance Life Insurance Gym membership access Annual holiday celebration(s) 401k w/company match PPE provided Opportunities for career advancement Daily Responsibilities Promote and enforce quality production standards and best practices Inspect output samples using appropriate tools and methods (e.g., dimension checks, standard comparisons) Review blueprints and specifications to ensure product accuracy Train and guide team members, and recommend process improvements Monitor proper use of tools and machinery while maintaining a strong safety culture Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and address quality concerns Complete required reports and documentation as needed using excel and other software Assist in other tasks and/or other departments as needed Requirements 1+ year’s experience in quality control or related role within a manufacturing/fabrication environment Experience with glazing fabrication, metal panel and trim fabrication is preferred but not required Familiarity with shop equipment and machinery such as CNC machines, shears, press brakes, power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints/shop drawings Ability to read precise measurements on a tape measure and use calipers  Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods of time Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening   Contact Janice Nunez 385-386-0918 janice.nunez@flynncompanies.com   4/9/2025 #LI-JN1 Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
