We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Occupational Therapists (OTs) for multiple territories.

Available Territories & Pay Structure
We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment:
Alameda County & West Contra Costa County
Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE - Eligibility of a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time status employees
Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo
East Contra Costa County
Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE
Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood
TriValley Area
Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE
Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

Responsibilities
Provide Occupational Therapy services according to the individualized plan of care
Deliver treatments, evaluate patient response, and report condition changes to the Case Manager, Physician, and/or Director of Nursing
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements
Current California OT License (Required)
Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Current CA Driver’s License
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field
