BAYADA Home Health Care is in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Habilitation offices located in/around Philadelphia, PA. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and taking all (Registered Behavioral Technician and Direct Support Professional) candidates through the hiring process to on-boarding. He/she will assume a sales and marketing role for the BAYADA brand, drive interviewing, and extend conditional offers.
BAYADA’s Habilitation Services support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities by helping them build daily‑living skills, increase independence, and participate more fully in their homes and communities.
Base salary: Starting at $60,000-63,000 plus ability to earn incentives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Four (4) year college degree
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care and/or recruiting
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is preferred, but not required
Ability to conduct interviews across diverse geographies, practices, and job families
Ability to interpret and manage supply/demand of variable candidate flow
Ability to interact with different levels of the organization
High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
Trust, responsibility, action-oriented attitude, sense of urgency
Strong time management skills and ability to recruit effectively for high-volume office environments
Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way
Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures
Responsible for posting jobs in direct collaboration with service offices based on talent supply/demand needs
Personalize job posting approach on an as-needed basis
Maintain relationships with assigned service offices as an embedded talent acquisition partner, providing outstanding customer service, strategizing based on supply and demand, and ensuring needs are filled timely
Track metrics on the efficiency of the centralized recruiting pipeline, tracking time from application to conditional offer
Make offer decisions on behalf of BAYADA and extend conditional offer letters to qualified candidates
Match and connect candidates to the local office
Maintain ‘top of the funnel’ – lead and conduct outreach and sourcing; bring in new candidates to the funnel
Maintain knowledge of employee benefits and pay rates and communicate information as necessary to field employees
Lead sales and marketing efforts of the overall BAYADA brand; act as a sales function to improve candidate conversion rates
Conduct interviews according to policy for candidates for Behavioral Health and Habilitation clients
Oversee the whole interview process for candidates, including movement through the pipeline
Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff
Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor
