Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technology Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Office of the CTO at Ceribell. We are looking for a versatile problem-solver who combines technical literacy, analytical rigor, and project management skills to drive execution of key R&D and technology initiatives. You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and CTO to ensure smooth operations, effective cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication of priorities.
This is an ideal role for someone with a technical background (engineering, computer science, or related) coupled with experience in technology strategy, operations, or program management, who is eager to expand into a high-impact operating role within a fast-growing MedTech company.
What you'll do:
Strategic Analysis & Planning
Conduct analyses to support technology and operational decision-making (product and R&D road mapping, capacity planning, process improvement, insight generation) Drive strategic planning by keeping complex R&D projects on track and ensuring continuous alignment with overarching business priorities Make real-time strategic and operational decisions to guide technical progress, mitigate risks, and steer cross-functional teams toward key business objectives
Project & Program Management
Drive execution of priority R&D and technology initiatives, coordinating across Product Development, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Regulatory and Quality teams Own trackers, dashboards, and status updates to ensure projects remain on schedule Ensure alignment and information flow across stakeholders Identify risks, dependencies, and escalate as appropriate
Special Projects
Leverage your core engineering mindset to provide direct, hands-on technical support for complex systems engineering challenges when needs arise Support ad hoc strategic initiatives in technology, operations, business systems and external relations Conduct research and benchmarking to inform decision-making Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
What We're Looking For:
Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Neuroscience or related technical field. PhD degree highly preferred Demonstrated background in a core engineering, technical, or systems engineering capacity. MedTech experience is highly preferred, specifically working with complex devices that integrate mechanical, electrical, software, and AI components Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to apply an analytical, engineering mindset to high-level strategic planning and operational execution Experience working in management/strategy consulting or within the internal strategy team of a relevant technology or MedTech company is a plus Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools Experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to analyze data and drive insights Ability to independently conduct product research, including literature review, customer interview, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment Ability to bring structure to complex and ambiguous questions, as well as creating and executing frameworks that will drive towards effective solutions Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to travel up to 10%

Compensation Range$177,000—$207,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
