Job Description:
Tech PM JD - Technical Program/Project Management (TPM) Role:
Drive end-to-end delivery tracking for features and initiatives
Mange Cross-Team dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
Coordinate with multiple engineering squads in Scrum/SAFe Agile
Track execution progress, impediments, and release readiness
Ensure alignment between roadmap commitments and execution
Strong ownership mindset – “Get Things Delivered”
All about you:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with other Product Managers, development teams and the Core Product business teams
Strong technical analysis skills to drive complex application designs and documentation (Functional \ Technical Interface Specifications, User Stories)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with agile & waterfall development methodologies
Display high degree of initiative & self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
High energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
Able to document and understand business process models
Knowledge and experience of data modelling techniques
Cards and Payment industry knowledge
Demonstrated prior experience as a successful product manager for at least one product in the market
Prior experience with gathering technical requirements for Java backend systems and web UI's, with REST based web services; JSON, XML.
Technologically savvy. Perhaps a software or data engineer by training. Proficient with data-intensive applications (APIs, Java, Spring, Containers, Microservices, Eventing)
Proficient in SAFe Agile
Organized. Able to take wild, loose, and varied abstract inputs from all over and evolve into iterative concrete action within a tool like JIRA, Aha
