You are passionate about optimizing sales processes and data management and have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to support the team and business. You love to learn and bring a data-driven approach to iterative improvement.        What you get to do every day:  Act as a strategic partner to leadership by translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations  Lead initiatives to streamline and standardize sales processes, ensuring scalability as the business grows  Oversee key activities such as sales forecasting, territory design, and budgeting  Design and deploy automations and intelligent workflows to eliminate manual work and improve rep productivity  Create real-time, self-serve reporting and dashboards for all levels of the business, reducing dependency on manual analysis  Proactively identify pipeline risks, data gaps, and performance trends using automated alerts and anomaly detection  Reactively troubleshoot issues faced by the sales teams and proactively propose enhancements to avoid those issues  Improve data quality and enrichment strategies through automation and third-party intelligence sources  Evaluate new technologies to improve sales performance  Foster cross-functional collaboration to create the best possible experience for the sales teams  Collaborate closely with other members of the revenue operations team to ensure optimal processes & practices throughout the opportunity lifecycle.   What you bring to the role:   3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems  Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales systems (Outreach, Zoominfo, Qualified, Gong, UserGems, and more)    Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots, graphs)   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights   Experience improving data quality, governance, and enrichment processes  Experience designing and implementing automations, workflows, and system integrations   Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" sales duties as needed to support the team and business    Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills   Strongly prefer a candidate who has experience in several of the following areas:  Business segment support  CPQ implementation and maintenance  Forecasting   Geographic territory mapping  Executive-facing sales reporting and data analytics   CRM improvements and QA testing  Commission plan design  Building rapport with sales leadership  Cross-functional project management  Acquisition integration  Rapid growth businesses  This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Austin, Texas.
