Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior System Engineer. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead and coordinate efforts across multiple teams in a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives under pressure, can manage competing priorities, and effectively engages with demanding customers and diverse stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities  Lead systems engineering activities across multiple cross-functional Agile teams   Plan, coordinate, and oversee system design, integration, and implementation efforts   Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication   Manage competing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment   Collaborate with product owners, developers, and leadership to ensure alignment with business and technical objectives   Interface directly with challenging or high-demand customers, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded   Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation strategies   Maintain organized documentation, system artifacts, and reporting structures   Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and Agile processes    Key Competencies  Leadership & coordination across teams   Efficiency in high-pressure environments   Strong stakeholder communication   Adaptability and resilience   Customer-focused mindset    Required Qualifications: TS/SCI with Polygraph A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twenty (20) years' experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Twenty (25) years’ SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Experience with agile development methodologies Willingness to learn and develop strong understanding new technologies and products Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules Experience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done   What’s in It for You?
