Commercial Content Enablement Specialist (12 month Fixed-Term Contract)
€54k – €60k/yr Galway, IE hybrid contract mid Apr 23, 2026
About this role
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Content Specialist to join our Global team — someone who can help scale high‑quality content, use AI as a force multiplier, and keep content flowing across the business.
This is a hands-on, highly creative role that works best in person at least three days a week in our Galway office. You’ll partner closely with Commercial & Enablement teams, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to turn ideas, inputs, and expertise into clear, usable content that supports our sales cycles and internal teams.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of content - from initial concept through delivery and ongoing improvement. That includes building new assets, evolving existing materials, and helping create better systems for how content is organised, accessed, and maintained. The work is structured and scrappy at the same time: you’ll move quickly, prioritize impact, and continuously improve rather than waiting for perfection.
Just as importantly, you’ll actively explore how AI can accelerate and elevate content creation. You’ll use AI to support drafting, summarisation, and iteration - and apply human judgment to ensure accuracy, consistency, tone, and quality. This role goes beyond building individual assets. You’ll bring creativity and structure together to help improve how content is created, managed, and used at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
Create clear, engaging content to support sales, partners, onboarding, and internal teams, including presentations, written guides, learning materials, internal communications, and visual assets.
Use AI tools to generate first drafts, outlines, summaries, and variations of content, then review, refine, and finalize content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Build content quickly and pragmatically - prioritizing usability and speed over perfection, with the expectation that content will continuously evolve.
Content Management & Maintenance
Own the lifecycle of content from intake to delivery to ongoing updates, ensuring materials are easy to find, current, and relevant.
Review and update existing content to improve clarity, relevance, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities.
Help organize content libraries and hubs so internal teams can quickly locate what they need.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work directly with subject-matter experts across Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Leadership to gather information and turn it into usable content.
Manage feedback and revisions independently - partnering directly with stakeholders rather than relying on managers as intermediaries.
Support multiple teams and requests at once, helping prioritize work based on impact and urgency.
AI & Workflow Improvement
Actively use AI to improve content workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate turnaround time.
Participate in AI-driven initiatives focused on automating or scaling content creation and updates.
Apply judgment and critical thinking to validate AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency.
Process & Program Support
Help establish lightweight processes for content requests, prioritization, and delivery.
Contribute ideas to improve how content is created, accessed, maintained, and measured across teams.
Bring forward suggestions based on previous experience - not just execute tasks but identify better ways of working.
Quality, Consistency & Impact
Ensure content maintains a consistent voice, structure, and level of quality across formats and platforms.
Incorporate feedback and usage of insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Support key business moments (e.g., launches, sales meetings, company events) with timely, relevant materials.
Qualifications
2+ years in content development, sales enablement, instructional design, marketing, or a related field in a high-growth environment
Demonstrated experience building commercial assets such as plays, battlecards, decks, or eLearning programs
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools
Strong visual and content design skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
Experience using AI tools in a practical, workflow-oriented way. Not just experimenting, but applying them to increase speed, quality, and scalability
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder input
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in identifying gaps
