Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together  What is the role   Mon-Fri, 38 hours a week reporting to our Erina office.   We are seeking a Senior Engineer to support and maintain client IT environments.   This role is responsible for troubleshooting infrastructure and LAN/WAN network issues, performing remedial maintenance, and assisting with the rollout of new technologies. You will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure system reliability and consistent delivery against agreed SLAs.  Key responsibilities of the role include but may not be limited to the following:  Provide remote and onsite IT support for client environments  Troubleshoot, repair, configure, and upgrade hardware, networks, and systems  Work with clients to gather requirements and recommend technology solutions  Support projects including migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure changes  Create and maintain technical documentation and designs  Monitor systems, manage incidents, and ensure standards compliance  Liaise with vendors and provide pre‑sales technical support’  Act as an escalation point and mentor junior team members  Continuously improve, automate, and document technical processes  Who are we looking for  This is a customer‑facing, hands‑on technical role requiring strong communication and presentation skills.
