Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together  What is the role   Mon-Fri, 38 hours a week reporting to our Erina office.   We are hiring for 2 roles based in Erina: Systems Engineer and Senior Engineer. We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support and maintain client IT environments.   This role is responsible for troubleshooting infrastructure and LAN/WAN network issues, performing remedial maintenance, and assisting with the rollout of new technologies. You will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure system reliability and consistent delivery against agreed SLAs.  Key responsibilities of the role include but may not be limited to the following:  Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients  Troubleshoot and fix hardware, network, and system issues  Maintain, configure, upgrade, and repair IT equipment  Ensure systems are secure, stable, and performing well  Respond to incidents and resolve issues within SLA targets  Act as an escalation point and assist junior team members  Work with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues  Recommend suitable technologies and IT solutions  Create and update technical designs and documentation  Monitor system logs and manage incidents  Improve and automate technical processes where possible  Keep technical skills up to date through training  Participate in on‑call support and complete required documentation  Who are we looking for  This is a customer‑facing, hands‑on technical role requiring strong communication and presentation skills.
