Senior 3D Technical Artist – Pipeline

About the Client A global technology company headquartered in the United States, specializing in personal computing, printing solutions, and related services. It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries. What You’ll Do Design and maintain end-to-end Digital Twin pipelines from Maya to USD/USDZ Build scalable frameworks for AI-assisted content generation Establish standards for naming, structure, metadata, and asset organization Develop automation tools and scripts (Python or similar) Ensure accurate transfer of geometry, materials, and variants Troubleshoot pipeline, rendering, and interoperability issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams across modeling, lighting, and systems Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability Embed validation checks to ensure quality and consistency What You Bring Experience as a Technical Artist or Pipeline TD in 3D environments Strong knowledge of Maya pipelines and asset workflows Scripting experience (Python or similar) Understanding of USD-based workflows and modern pipeline architecture Ability to connect artistic needs with technical systems Experience building scalable, repeatable systems Nice to have Experience with product visualization or digital commerce pipelines Familiarity with metadata-driven workflows and variant management Exposure to AI-assisted content production environments English level Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
