About the role (What you'll be doing)
As a Training Specialist ****at Eucalyptus, you will design and develop training modules that drive employee growth and operational excellence. You'll take data-driven insights to build comprehensive training frameworks that support career progression across all levels, from individual contributors to leadership. Your work will directly impact how our teams develop, learn, and advance within Eucalyptus.
This role will be reporting to the Quality, Training & Knowledge Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate data into learning solutions: Analyze performance data, skill gaps, and organizational needs to develop targeted training modules that drive measurable impact
Design career progression frameworks: Build comprehensive career development pathways that clearly define the skills, knowledge, and milestones needed for advancement
Lead leadership and career development: Develop holistic leadership training programs that go beyond management training to include career advancement frameworks and competency-based progression
Build the business case for learning: Articulate the business impact of training initiatives, demonstrating clear alignment with organizational priorities and ROI
Partner cross-functionally: Work with operations leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs, defend training recommendations, and ensure initiatives drive the outcomes that matter most
About You (Who you are)
Significant experience designing and delivering training programs in a structured operational environment, with strong facilitation skills and the ability to tailor content in real time based on what lands with different audiences
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and translate them into learning solutions
Experience developing training modules and contributing to curriculum design
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and defend decisions to senior operational leaders
Business acumen — You understand the "why" behind organizational decisions and can connect training initiatives to business outcomes (retention, growth, efficiency, customer impact, etc.)
Strategic thinking – You can evaluate whether proposed training aligns with current business priorities and what the real impact will be
Excellent communication skills – You can explain complex training concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Nice to haves:
Experience designing leadership development or career progression programs
Background in learning strategy
Experience building training dashboards or reporting systems that track effectiveness
Strong interest in (or experience with) training technology and enablement — e.g., learning platforms, tooling, automation, and integrating technology into training programs to improve adoption and outcomes
Familiarity with healthcare or patient-facing operations
Location
Manila, Philippines (On-site 2-3 days per week)
Working Hours
Generally 11:00am – 9:00pm PHT to support AU & UK collaboration
