Capable and desires to keep close to the technical details Understanding the big picture, providing engineering direction throughout the product life cycle and deriving priorities Hands-on experience and mindset, with expertise in Java Proven experience on successful agile team building Ability to build and sustain organizational culture with focus on accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have: Experience with Apache Spark Significant experience with development for AWS cloud and specifically EMR
