country: PH all locations: [Manila] commitment: Remote department: location: Manila team: Operations Job Responsibilities: • Respond and follow through customer enquiries on the IT requests in a prompt and professional manner. • Inform customer any unforeseen delays in IT run rate quotation and delivery lead times, as applicable. • Follow through on pending customer quotations with the respective internal quotation team. • Support the Enterprise Account Managers to provide timely updates and reply to customer urgent requests. • Maintain a strong knowledge of company’s products and services offerings • Actively involved in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries. • Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for procurement requirements, improve pricing and terms with suppliers • Support the sales team in ensuring that quotes needed are collected in a timely manner, take initiatives to clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts. • Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance • Preparation of Proposals, Sales Agreements and/ or Contracts when necessary • Participate or lead in new product introductions when required • Communicate with suppliers and customers, developed long term relationship • Other ad-hoc operational requirement   Job Requirements: • Basic Degree in any discipline. • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Support with good track records is required. • Knowledge in IT is advantageous. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast pace environment • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. • A team player with high level of dedication
