System & Network engineer

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware) Administer and support Windows Server environments Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall) Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in system and network administration Hands-on experience with: Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall) Preferred / Added Advantage Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, FortiNAC) Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, identity) Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure) Key Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication and documentation skills country: SG all locations: [Singapore] commitment: Full-Time department: Infrastructure Services location: Singapore team: Infrastructure
