The Role
We are looking for a consultant who is passionate about achieving the business vision and wants to participate in the transformation of the global life sciences industry. As a consultant of the Veeva products, you will join our Professional Services team providing post-product application consulting. You will focus on absorbing and providing expertise to Veeva products.

What You'll Do: Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva product suite
Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
Think critically to help design the solution your customers request as well as the solution they have not requested but they might need
Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
Guide customers in adopting Veeva products and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer
Drive change management methodology at our customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions
Requirements: 3+ years of working experience in system operations and maintenance through direct communication with clients
Native level of Japanese language skills in oral and writing
Reading and writing English documents using a translator
Ability to understand and find out customer requirements accurately and meet them or propose alternative plan
Nice to Have: Experience configuring/supporting/implementing any of the following types of products:
CRM: Salesforce etc
Content Management: SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum or other similar
Java
Have around 4 years of relevant experience in either the life sciences industry or technology vendors in the life sciences industry
Presentation skills
Fluent in English
