The Role As a Principal Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We value people for the individuals they are and the contributions they can bring to our teams.   If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability or special need when applying for a role or in our recruitment process, please contact us at talent_accommodations@veeva.com. country: FR all locations: [France - Paris] commitment: Full-Time department: Business Consulting location: France - Paris team: Commercial - EU What You’ll Do: Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for Commercial BC, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+ People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Commercial/Medical/Tech/AI to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred) Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in areas such as Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher Nice to Have: Knowledge of Veeva products Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions The Process: Our process is different than most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful.
