The Role As a Senior Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We value people for the individuals they are and the contributions they can bring to our teams.   If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability or special need when applying for a role or in our recruitment process, please contact us at talent_accommodations@veeva.com. country: DE all locations: [Germany - Frankfurt] commitment: Full-Time department: Business Consulting location: Germany - Frankfurt team: Commercial - EU What You’ll Do: Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across Commercial BC while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred) Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in two or three of the following areas: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher Nice to Have: Knowledge of Veeva products Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions The Process: Our process is different than most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps: You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise.
