We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst (m/f/d) to join our client's join our Logistics, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in establishing comprehensive data and operational controlling transparency across our client's operations, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll:
Develop and maintain regular reporting on key operational KPIs across logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain functions, presenting insights to senior management and stakeholders
Manage and control all operational payments, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Track and monitor bonus-relevant KPIs for the entire operations team, supporting transparent performance management and incentive calculations
Create and implement standardized operational controlling frameworks and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational metrics and performance trends
Collaborate with department heads across logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain to define, track, and optimize operational KPIs aligned with business objectives
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on operational performance, cost controls, and financial health of operations
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality checks and audit procedures across operational controlling processes
Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for the operations department
Recommend and implement process automation and system improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality
Your Profile:
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
1–5 years of practical experience in business analytics, operational controlling, or a related field
Strong background in data analysis and business intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies
Proven experience in operational controlling, financial controlling, or operational finance
Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly
Familiarity with Salesforce
Proficiency in Excel/GSheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Excellent command of English (required), German language skills (a plus)
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
Knowledge of cost accounting
Proficiency in SQL or Python for advanced data manipulation (a plus)
Please note that this position is based onsite in Berlin.
