We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Loan Investor Operations to manage the investor sales operation from start to finish. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Capital Markets, treasury and accounting to execute transactions and ensure all aspects of internal and external reporting are correct. This role is ideal for a capital markets professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and can manage several projects/priorities at a time.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute investor loan allocation strategy on a daily/weekly basis.
Prepare and close whole loan transactions with investors
Directly interface with investors when completing loan sales
Ensure data flow is accurate from time of sale
Partner with Accounting team to summarize monthly transactions and investigate any discrepancies
Communicate sale cadence and pipeline to Treasury and the rest of the Capital Group to enable efficient cash planning
Assist with ad hoc transactions for investors such as transfers or financings
Ensure daily/monthly reporting is delivered timely/accurately
Ad hod support of other Capital Markets transactions (generating loan tapes, performance analysis, etc.)
Requirements:
Development & Expertise
5-7 years of experience in consumer lending, FinTech, or financial services.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Strong analytical skillset
Leadership & Collaboration
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Finance, Risk, Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
