IT Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities: Manage the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation Oversee international logistics and customs processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery of IT assets Conduct tenders and collaborate with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions Maintain and update asset management records within ERP systems Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic purchasing decisions Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to align procurement activities with business objectives Work across multiple time zones to support global procurement operations Requirements: 3+ years of experience in procurement Proven experience in international logistics and customs processes Experience working with vendors and managing tenders Basic understanding of IT equipment configurations and pricing Experience with asset management or ERP systems Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability High level of organization and structured approach to work Proactivity and ability to operate in uncertain environments Excellent communication skills and teamwork Willingness to work across multiple time zones English language proficiency at B2 level or higher Will be a plus: Experience with IT equipment or in IT companies Experience with global vendors or procurement platforms Building processes from scratch  We offer 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list Medical insurance Opportunity to work remotely Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)     Offices: (Europe);
