How You Will Make an Impact: The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing Atlas projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.   Responsibilities: · Determine and define project scope and objectives. · Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. · Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. · Track project costs to meet budget. · Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. · Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. · Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. · Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. · Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. · Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. · Ensure design and performance specifications compliance by reviewing and testing designed systems. · Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job. · Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings. · Use the correct tools and use them safely. · Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor. · Other duties as assigned.   Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or another related field is required. · 5-8 years of project management and related work experience is required. · Prior Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) experience is required. · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. · Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. · Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. · Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. · Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong supervisory and leadership skills. · Advanced in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel or related software. · Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity. · Pass a drug screening.   Travel Requirements · Flexibility of frequent travel to miscellaneous job & office locations as necessary to support team & project success. · Maintaining valid driver’s license as means of travel could include driving or flying. · Flexibility regarding out of town/overnight stays as necessary to support team & project success.   Physical Requirements · Sitting for long periods. · Light lifting. Occasionally carrying laptops, documents, or small equipment (typically under 20–50 lbs.) · Walking job sites, walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs or ladders, being outdoors in heat/cold/wind, wearing PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toe boots). · Stamina & endurance for long workdays during critical project phases, managing stress while staying physically alert.   What You’ll Love About Us: · Best People and Team.
