We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Implementation Services team. In this role you will lead the delivery of Everbridge solutions for customers, managing projects from planning through successful deployment. This is a remote/home based role that can be based anywhere in Hungary.
You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will also provide project updates to stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.

What you'll do: :
Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through deployment
Define project timelines, milestones, budgets, and success criteria
Lead requirements gathering and ensure documentation and deliverables are completed and approved
Track project progress and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors
Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership
Coordinate internal teams to resolve implementation challenges
Support project governance models defined by the customer
Monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvements where needed
Act as a customer advocate within Everbridge and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with global teams across Europe, Asia, and the US, with occasional travel as required
What you'll bring: :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Strong experience in a customer facing project management role
Experience delivering complex technical projects
Experience working with telecom or government customers is a plus
PMP certification (or CAPM) preferred
Ability to work in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
Experience coordinating cross functional teams and resources
Knowledge of highly available systems, networking, security, or telephony
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web based applications
Understanding of Business Continuity or Emergency Management practices is a plus
