Job Title: Marketing & Advertising Manager (Hands on) Location: Remote (Latam) Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Compensation: $2,800 - $4,500 USD per month (Depending on experience and location) About the company Our client is a multi-faceted organization operating at the intersection of industrial manufacturing and high-performance distribution. Our company comprises two distinct business entities: a premier builder of industrial cooling systems specialized for automotive tier-one applications, and Pump & Controls, our dedicated distribution and sales arm. Together, we provide end-to-end solutions for mission-critical industrial environments. Position Summary The Marketing & Advertising Manager will lead the development and execution of all marketing, branding, and digital initiatives for Fluid Cooling Systems and Velocity Pump & Controls. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and managing digital platforms—including website updates and eCommerce development. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, particularly in industrial and B2B markets. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals - Identify target markets (industrial, HVAC, OEM, distribution) and tailor messaging accordingly - Support sales initiatives with campaigns that drive qualified leads and specifications - Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs Digital Marketing & Website Management - Manage and continuously update company websites for both FCS and VPC - Improve SEO performance and search rankings for key products and services - Optimize user experience, content, and conversion paths - Coordinate with internal teams to keep technical content accurate and up to date eCommerce Development - Develop and manage eCommerce platforms for Velocity Pump & Controls product lines - Build and maintain online catalogs (pumps, parts, lubrication, etc.) - Integrate pricing, inventory, and customer experience tools - Identify opportunities to grow online sales channels and streamline purchasing Content Creation & Branding - Create brochures, case studies, product literature, and technical sell sheets - Develop content highlighting company capabilities (pump systems, heat transfer, filtration, controls, etc.) - Maintain consistent branding across both companies - Support trade shows, presentations, and customer-facing materials Social Media & Advertising - Manage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms with a focus on B2B engagement - Develop targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) - Promote projects, case studies, and company milestones - Build brand awareness in key industries (automotive, steel, data centers, HVAC) Sales & Business Development Support - Work closely with sales teams to develop tools that help close business - Assist in proposal presentation materials and customer-facing content - Help position FCS and VPC as engineering-driven solution providers - Support OEM and distributor partnership growth initiatives Analytics & Performance Tracking - Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics - Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement - Use data to refine marketing strategies and increase effectiveness Qualifications Required - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments - Experience managing and updating websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms) - Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising - Experience developing or managing eCommerce platforms - Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred - Experience in industrial equipment, pumps, HVAC, or engineered systems - Familiarity with CAD-based or technical product environments - Basic graphic design or video editing capabilities Key Traits for Success - Self-starter who can operate independently and execute ideas - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company - Able to translate technical concepts into clear marketing messages - Results-driven with a focus on measurable impact - Strong collaboration with sales, engineering, and leadership teams What Success Looks Like in This Role - Increased qualified leads and stronger sales pipeline - Professional, up-to-date websites that clearly communicate capabilities - Launch of functional eCommerce platform for VPC - Improved brand recognition in target industries - High-quality marketing materials that support closing business
