We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Co-Marketing Lead to own and grow one of our most high-profile partnerships, driving integrated go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that expand reach, influence, and revenue impact for both organizations.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, and customer advocacy—shaping a unified joint narrative and bringing it to life through integrated campaigns, co-branded content, research, and high-impact event activations.
As the primary marketing lead for this flagship partnership, you’ll define and execute a shared co-marketing strategy aligned to joint business goals. In close collaboration with the Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth, you’ll develop and lead quarterly and annual GTM plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement, while serving as the connective tissue across internal teams and partner stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Partnership Ownership
Serve as the primary marketing lead for a flagship strategic partner, building and executing a joint co-marketing strategy aligned to shared business goals
Develop quarterly and annual GTM plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement for both organizations
Act as the connective tissue between internal teams (Strategic Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, Customer Success, PR/Comms) and partner stakeholders
Co-Marketing & Campaign Execution
Lead the development and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns, including:
Joint content (reports, blogs, case studies, testimonials, webinars)
Co-branded research and thought leadership
Multi-channel campaign activations (email, social, events, in-platform, and more)
Ensure consistency and strength of a cohesive joint narrative across all touchpoints
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across both organizations
Events & Experiential Marketing
In collaboration with Events teams, plan and execute co-marketing activations at flagship events (owned and partner-led), including:
Speaking opportunities
Co-branded experiences and sponsorships
Customer-facing activations and VIP engagements
Collaborate with Events teams to maximize visibility and engagement at key industry moments
Customer Advocacy & Storytelling
Partner with Strategic Marketing, Customer Success, Managed Services, and Sales to identify and activate joint customer stories
Source and develop compelling case studies and testimonials that highlight the impact of the partnership
Amplify customer voices across campaigns, content, and events
Broader Co-Marketing Enablement
Support and scale co-marketing best practices across additional strategic and ecosystem partners
Identify new opportunities for cross-partner collaboration and storytelling
Contribute to frameworks, playbooks, and processes that improve co-marketing effectiveness
Measurement & Optimization
Collaboratively define success metrics and track performance across co-marketing initiatives (e.g., engagement, pipeline, influence)
Analyze results and optimize programs to improve impact and ROI
Share insights and learnings with internal and partner stakeholders
What this role owns:
Communications, goals, and strategy coordination between http://impact.com and partner
Co-marketing campaign development, execution, measurement, and reporting
In close partnership with Events teams, coordination and execution of co-marketing events, activations, and speaking engagements
Customer storytelling and social proof that speak to the value the partnership drives for customers, and the strength of the partnership between companies
Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing to develop processes, best practices, and playbooks to scale the partnership and enable other teams to speak and contribute to it
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, or co-marketing roles
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and executing joint GTM initiatives
Experience leading integrated campaigns across content, digital, and events
Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
Ability to remain agile and operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across brands preferred
Key Knowledge Required
Experience working in Salesforce, Google Suite, and within project management tools like Asana and Jira
Experience working with enterprise technology or SaaS partnerships
Experience executing co-branded research or thought leadership initiatives
Understanding of affiliate/performance marketing preferred
Familiarity with partner ecosystems a plus
Background in customer marketing or advocacy programs a plus
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
