This role
The Strategy & Performance Manager supports the Senior Manager in executing key
country-level and global initiatives. The role ensures strategic priorities translate into execution
through cross-functional coordination and performance tracking. It delivers actionable insights
to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making and business alignment. This position plays
a critical role in helping the organization scale effectively while remaining focused on impact
and results

Key responsibilities: ● Contribute to the design and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring clear alignmentwith business goals and measurable progress over time.● Conduct business analysis to support business case development and country-levelprioritization.● Conduct strategic research and competitive benchmarking to inform decision-makingand uncover growth opportunities.● Monitor and report on key KPIs, highlighting performance trends, execution gaps, andactionable insights to guide leadership decisions.● Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support deeper analysis, standardizereporting processes, and ensure data accuracy.● Track strategic goals and project milestones, proactively flagging misalignments, delays,or execution risks.● Collaborate across Sales, Growth, Operations, and other teams to align execution,timelines and follow through on strategic priorities.
● Translate data and strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, whiledocumenting recurring processes that enable consistent performance tracking.● Assist in the preparation of materials for internal business reviews, planning cycles, andleadership updates.● Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency andscalability.
Qualifications : ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Quantitative Sciences, Economy, Engineering, Businessor similar.● 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting fromtop-tiers firms preferred.● Strong analytical and data driven; proficiency in Excel, SQL and PowerPoint isrequired. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.● Communication skills for effective collaboration.● Self-driven and results-driven, willing to work in a dynamic, high-change environment.● Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.● Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams.● Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from scratch.
