Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across hotel, multi-family and condo ensuring the asset meets Flow's standards for quality, safety, and hospitality
Serve as the on-site condo expert — owning compliance with bylaws, HOA/board requirements, board elections, and meeting facilitation
Lead property inspections, vendor management, and capital project oversight
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget; monitor financials, drive cost efficiency, and deliver regular reporting to owners and boards
Hire, develop, and lead on-site teams across property management, maintenance and hospitality functions
Coordinate insurance, risk assessments, and emergency response planning
Partner with Revenue Management and Distribution teams to optimize hotel and multi-family performance
Develop and enforce operational procedures that drive consistency across all asset components
Ideal Background:
CAM license and 8–10+ years in property management and hospitality
Deep knowledge of condo governance — bylaws, board management, elections, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record managing a complex, mixed-use asset with strong financial results
Hospitality mindset with high service standards across every asset type
Strong financial acumen — comfortable owning budgets, forecasting, and reporting
Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or equivalent)
A calm, decisive leader who handles complexity and competing priorities without losing focus
