What You’ll Do Subject Matter Expertise Strong understanding of emissions trading and environmental markets Serve as a subject matter expert in emissions trading products, including Carbon allowances, Carbon offsets, Renewable certificates, Environmental commodities Business Analysis & Requirements Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from traders and key stakeholders Clearly articulate scope, assumptions, and dependencies for requirements Analyze and understand the impact of upstream and downstream systems on business processes System Enhancements & Delivery Support Collaborate with technology teams to identify and drive system enhancements supporting Emission trading activities Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly Support solution deployment and ensure successful adoption by business Users Data Analysis & Insights Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support trading strategies and risk management Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and outcomes Stakeholder & Change Management Partner closely with traders and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance Manage change requests and support structured change management processes Testing & UAT Participate in testing activities, including test planning and execution Collaborate closely with business users during UAT to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements Support quality assurance efforts to ensure high-quality, production-ready deliverables What You Bring Proven experience in Emission trading Strong understanding of banking and capital markets products and services related to commodities Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements Experience in change management and managing change requests Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, traders, and stakeholders Experience with Openlink Endur Experience in testing and quality assurance is a plus Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality deliverables Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment Nice to Have Experience working in front-office trading environments Experience in Metal, Energy trading Exposure to complex trading system integrations and data flows Prior experience supporting UAT in capital markets platforms English level Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
