Job Summary
Storable is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead paid marketing demand strategy and performance across our RV & Campground and Marine verticals, supporting platforms such as Newbook and Storable Marine.
This role is responsible for driving scalable demand generation programs that increase qualified pipeline, bookings, occupancy, and revenue growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in paid acquisition, performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth strategy within a fast-paced SaaS or multi-location business environment.
This position will own and optimize paid demand generation efforts across search, social, display, retargeting, and emerging channels while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to improve acquisition performance and maximize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Paid Media Strategy
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid demand generation programs across RV & Campground and Marine brands
Manage multi-channel paid acquisition efforts including Google Ads, Meta, paid social, display, retargeting, and emerging digital channels
Develop scalable growth strategies focused on increasing qualified leads, bookings, occupancy, and revenue performance
Continuously optimize channel mix, audience targeting, creative performance, and conversion funnels to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Lead campaign planning aligned to seasonal demand patterns, traveler behavior, and business growth objectives
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Monitor, analyze, and report on funnel performance across traffic, lead generation, bookings, and revenue attribution
Translate marketing performance data into actionable insights and optimization strategies
Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI
Partner with analytics and business stakeholders to improve attribution modeling and marketing measurement capabilities
Leverage experimentation and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency and conversion outcomes
Cross-Functional Growth Leadership
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align demand generation initiatives with broader business objectives
Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to improve conversion performance and user experience across landing pages and digital touchpoints
Influence go-to-market initiatives through performance insights, market trends, and customer acquisition data
Support broader lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives that contribute to long-term customer value and revenue growth
Industry & Market Expertise
Stay ahead of trends in digital acquisition, paid media, local SEO, AI-driven marketing optimization, and customer behavior across RV, campground, marine, hospitality, and outdoor recreation industries
Identify new growth opportunities, emerging channels, and performance marketing best practices that can drive competitive advantage
Contribute to scalable demand generation playbooks and operational best practices across the organization
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing strategy
Proven experience managing paid acquisition programs with measurable impact on pipeline, bookings, revenue, or customer growth
Strong expertise across Google Ads, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
Experience managing marketing performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Highly analytical with experience using reporting and analytics platforms to drive decision-making and optimization
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in campaign execution and performance management
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data and insights
Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, hospitality, travel, multi-location, or agency environments preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting RV parks, campgrounds, marine, hospitality, travel, franchise, or multi-location businesses
Familiarity with booking engines, reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), or commerce platforms
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution platforms
Exposure to AI-enabled marketing optimization and performance tooling
Experience managing agency relationships and external media partners
