Wachter is currently accepting applications in our Lowell, AR office for a Project Manager of Wal-Mart Retail Physical Security Projects. The Ideal candidates will possess industry experience with large single site operations in the physical security field. This position provides project management and operational support. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. country: US all locations: [Lowell, AR] commitment: department: Lowell Office Positions location: Lowell, AR team: NSP Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  Assist Project Manager(s) with daily operational tasks Provide administrative and logistical project support Create and maintain project files Assist in project scheduling Assist in project billings Assist in the process of sourcing, evaluating and estimating selected bid opportunities Maintain Wachter’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA       Job Requirements:: Minimum HS Diploma/GED; with College Education: College Degree strongly preferred   Industry troubleshooting, Cabling/Fire & Burglary Alarm/ CCTV strongly preferred   Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications and construction take-offs preferred   Experience running large projects   Highly proficient with use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs   NICET Certified strongly preferred   Excellent written and verbal communications skills   Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills   Ability to multi-task efficiently   Must type at least 40 WPM   PMP Certification preferred   Strong industry experience preferred
