We are a team of ambitious thinkers, problem solvers, and go-getters working together to build the future of the jewelry supply chain.     ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Junior Fulfilment Executive to join our logistics team in Mumbai. This role is focused on supporting day-to-day shipment operations, including packing, sorting, and coordinating with carriers and customs teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist the logistics team in packing shipments accurately and securely. - Sort diamonds, gemstones, and other product types based on destination and shipment requirements. - Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. - Coordinate the handover of shipments to carriers for customs processing. - Support the customs team in handling shipments and re-packing items after clearance. - Ensure all shipments are handled with care, accuracy, and compliance with internal processes. - Maintain organized workspaces and ensure proper segregation of goods. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.     REQUIREMENTS - 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar roles. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully. - Comfortable with manual handling and operational tasks. - Basic computer proficiency. - Good communication skills. - Basic English proficiency (reading and writing). - Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.     WHAT WE OFFER - A dynamic work environment in a rapidly growing global company. - Exposure to international logistics operations. - Opportunities to learn and build hands-on operational expertise. - A collaborative and supportive company culture. - Unlimited paid leave policy.
