Overview
This role is for someone who can run a high-volume sales pipeline with precision, urgency, and accountability.
Ever is building the most transparent and customer-friendly way to buy an electric vehicle. Our model is simple: no hidden fees, no negotiation, and a streamlined, online-first buying experience.
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Pipeline & Performance to lead our sales team by owning execution across the full customer funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
Oversee active customers across multiple deal stages
Ensure every deal is progressing
Performance & Conversion
Drive lead → reservation → sale conversion across the team
Identify breakdown points and fix them in real time
Speed & Execution
Enforce and maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up
Eliminate delays in deal progression, contracting, and handoffs
Process & Team Development
Train and uphold Ever’s defined sales workflow
Ensure every deal is handled cleanly, consistently, and correctly
Coach reps using real pipeline data and live deals
Hold team accountable to performance standards daily
Work closely with Finance and Operations to move deals forward
Quickly resolve blockers impacting delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
3+ years in sales management experience preferred
Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline
Strong CRM experience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Data-driven and performance-focused mindset
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
