Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.  Role:  Graphic Designer Location:  Jakarta, Indonesia    About the role:  OLIVER is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team!  We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong Powerpoint skills where you design skill are optimized with the tools of the Powerpoint Software.  This would inlcude animation, effects and templates.   If you are someone who enjoys working as part of a fast-moving creative team coupled with experience working on print, digital, and video projects from idea to completion, then this might be the role for you!     What you will be doing:  Work with internal team to develop concepts and execute work for new assignments  Support the team in the delivery of final artwork files for print and/ or digital  Work with internal teams, account and creative to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards  To work with clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately, to proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output  Mentor juniors to facilitate their development, including but not limited to their creative and technical skill, to increase productivity and enhanced staff morale    What you need to be great in this role:  3-5 years of experience working as a designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group or design firm  Experience with workflow/project management tools – WorkFront  Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment  Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, ability to take concepts through to completion -- printed piece or digital publication  Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements; ability to actively listen  Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members  Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment  Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure, and relationship builder  Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies  Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical  Req ID: 17311 #LI-FA1 #LI-Onsite Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work    Be always learning and listening to understand    Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations    Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations    OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
