Driver Operations Associate (Onboarding)

Background Checks: Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Support and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for new drivers during the onboarding process and address queries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation. Compliance: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies. Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.
