The Social Media Intern will work closely with our Editorial Team and Creative Team to build compelling multi-media content across various social media channels, such as WeChat, Rednote, Douyin, etc. If you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your CV, portfolio and expected salary.   This position is based and located in Shanghai. Candidate must be eligible to work in China.   Personal data collected is for recruitment purpose only. country: all locations: [Shanghai] commitment: Internship department: Hypebeast location: Shanghai team: Social Media Responsibilities:: Help maintain a steady stream of video content Assist in shooting, editing and post production Research video content around the hottest products, fashion news, interviews, community happenings and events, city hotspots, etc. Liaison with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop new ideas Research and compile good examples of social content executions from around the internet Establish an eye for our aesthetics and writing for social media Work closely with the Creative Team, the Editorial Team and the Sales Team on the execution of social video content Requirements:: Proficiency in video editing software tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) Must be fluent in Chinese; Proficiency in English is a plus Passionate about youth culture, fashion, sneakers, and other verticals covered by HYPEBEAST A team-player able to work independently and multi-task under tight schedules in a fast-paced environment Experience with lighting and shooting with DSLRs and other HD cameras Must be familiar with online and social media tools (Instagram, Rednote, Douyin, Wechat Channel etc) Self-motivated, creative, well-organized Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude
