About this role
Performance Marketing & Media Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement - 12 month)
You will step directly into the cockpit of our global growth engine, owning the high-stakes media spend and performance strategies that connect millions of travelers with the world’s leading travel brands.
What You'll Be Doing
You are responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media performance across a massive global network of airline and hospitality partners. You will own the full funnel, from managing significant advertising budgets to analyzing real-time data to ensure every dollar spent is driving measurable revenue. Your work is at the intersection of creativity and high-level analytics, where you will build and scale campaigns that thrive in the complex landscape of travel tech. We've built a content system that drafts, formats, and schedules posts across channels so the team has stopped doing that manually, giving you the space to focus on deep performance analysis and strategic experimentation.
What You Bring
You are a performance-obsessed marketer who views a budget not just as a limit, but as a tool to be optimized through relentless testing and data-driven conviction.
You carry your own weight in a fast-moving environment, moving from high-level channel strategy to granular campaign adjustments without losing momentum or accuracy.
You have a track record of running sophisticated paid social and search experiments where you can point to clear results and a "default to action" mindset.
When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you've replaced recurring manual work with workflows you built and refined, and you can tell the difference between output you can trust and output that needs your judgment before it goes anywhere.
You are an expert communicator who can translate complex performance metrics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the Commercial and Product teams.
