What you’ll do Support monthly reporting and create meaningful KPI analyses for management and business teams Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial insights and support decision-making Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analyses that help steer the business Improve reporting processes, data quality and financial systems together with the FP&A team What you’ll bring Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar Finance role Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with financial and business data Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerQuery, PowerPivot or similar Planning tools like OneStream would be a plus Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders Fluent in English; German is a plus A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included.
