Driving Revenue Growth & Strategic Client Expansion
As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding Aleph’s footprint in Israel, directly contributing to revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and long-term strategic client partnerships.
This is a revenue-driven, commercially focused role responsible for owning a book of business, identifying new growth opportunities, and positioning Aleph as a strategic partner within the digital advertising ecosystem.

What we are looking for::
Sales & Client Partnerships Excellence: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle while maintaining deep, trust-based relationships with clients.
Ad-Tech Expertise: A solid background in the Ad-Tech ecosystem is essential. You must be comfortable navigating complex platforms and explaining performance metrics to stakeholders.
Strong Presentation & Storytelling: Ability to build and deliver compelling decks and business reviews (QBRs) that showcase Pinterest's impact. You should be adept at presenting to both performance teams and C-level executives.
Campaign Management Orientation: You must possess a strong understanding of campaign optimization and creative best practices to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities.
Export-Market Network: An existing network within Israeli companies that target international markets, particularly the US.
What you'll do::
Own a portfolio of Israel-based advertisers accounts on Pinterest, serving as the day-to-day strategic partner responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and account growth — with particular focus on Israeli companies running campaigns targeting international markets (especially the US).
Identify and bring relevant new brands, from initial approach to full on-boarding of the client.
Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with clients at all levels, from performance marketers and media buyers to C-level executives, positioning yourself as a consultative advisor rather than a vendor.
Manage the full client lifecycle — from onboarding and activation through ongoing campaign management, renewal, and upsell — partnering closely with the sales team to identify and unlock expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Drive campaign performance and optimization by translating Pinterest's platform capabilities into concrete strategies that meet client KPIs, applying campaign optimization best practices and creative guidance to maximize ROI.
Build and deliver compelling business reviews (QBRs) and strategic presentations that tell the story of Pinterest's impact on client business, using data and insights to surface growth opportunities and justify continued investment.
Navigate the Ad-Tech ecosystem with confidence, fluently explaining performance metrics, attribution, measurement, and platform mechanics to stakeholders across performance, brand, and executive teams.
Act as the voice of the client internally, working cross-functionally with Pinterest's global teams, Aleph's regional leadership, and the broader Israel team (CP, other CSMs, and global export campaign support) to ensure client needs are met and feedback shapes future strategy.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio, collaborating with the Client Partner to grow account value through new ad products, expanded budgets, and broader Pinterest adoption.
Stay ahead of the Pinterest roadmap, ad-tech trends, and competitive landscape, proactively bringing new ideas, features, and best practices to clients to keep them engaged and growing.
Leverage your existing network within the Israeli export-marketing ecosystem to accelerate trust-building and expand Aleph's footprint among companies advertising to the US and other international markets.
Operate with high autonomy in a remote-first setup, taking ownership of your portfolio's success while joining the Israel team once a week at the Herzliya office and meeting clients regularly in the field.
