📣A bit about the role Reporting into the People Manager at Sam’s Kitchen, you will be an integral part of the Butternut squad. You’ll partner with the teams on site to ensure our squad members feel valued, listened to and part of our journey. You’ll also bring a sprinkling of fun along the way through surprise and delight, and engagement activities. The team is responsible for driving a high-performing culture as well as ensuring excitement through celebrations and events. There will be a big focus on process efficiency and improvement, legislative and compliance awareness and creating an environment where people trust we act and deal with everything in a fair and consistent manner.
