This role is ideal for someone with strong scripting expertise, hands-on experience with RMM and RPA platforms, and a solid understanding of IT operations and automation best practices. You will work closely with infrastructure, service desk, and engineering teams to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance operational performance across a range of systems and platforms.
