What You'll Need:: Train and verify drivers based on set verified target
Recommend driver training and process improvements to Hub Lead.
Review pipeline scheduling & complete training tracking sheets.
Collect required documents from drivers and verify them before Verifying driver in Lalamove system.
Collect cash related to driver training, track and handover to Accounting.
Work with Accounting to ensure accurate, documented, and timely remittance of all cash collected from driver applicants in bank accounts.
Responsible for approval and rejection of driver applicants according to set standards.
Responsible for accurate stocks keeping of offline driver materials (e.g., jackets, boxes, stickers).
Enforce all Driver SOPs developed.
Enforce all Driver Ops policies developed.
Responsible for end-to-end execution of Special Projects or Campaigns.
Fill in for Staff when there is shortage of personnel.
Strictly observe all company policies as provided in relevant contracts, agreements, and memorandums, as well as any revisions and addendums to company policies.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
What We Seek:: A passionate customer service professional who can assist our incoming partner riders with their application process.
Someone who can understand the pain points of partner riders and improve internal processes to improve their experiences with the platform.
What You'll Need:: 2-3 years of customer service / operations experience as you will be assisting hub operations.
Experience working in the fast pacing industry is highly desirable.
Must be flexible to do offsite activities
Must be willing to travel in other hub locations in South Luzon or Metro Manila
