We create spaces to empower everyone to speak up, make change, and drive the culture at AHEAD.    We are an equal opportunity employer, and do not discriminate based on an individual's race, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law, whether actual or perceived.    We embrace all candidates that will contribute to the diversification and enrichment of ideas and perspectives at AHEAD.  Why AHEAD:   Through our daily work and internal groups like Moving Women AHEAD and RISE AHEAD, we value and benefit from diversity of people, ideas, experience, and everything in between.   We fuel growth by stacking our office with top-notch technologies in a multi-million-dollar lab, by encouraging cross department training and development, sponsoring certifications and credentials for continued learning.   India Employment Benefits include:  Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees, with options to extend coverage to dependents Paid time off and company holidays, along with additional leave benefits as per policy Flexible work arrangements, supporting work-life balance Learning and development opportunities to support continuous growth and upskilling Employee wellness initiatives and programs focused on physical and mental well-being Retirement and statutory benefits in line with India regulations Inclusive and people-first culture, with a strong focus on collaboration and ownership   country: IN all locations: [Gurugram, Haryana] commitment: Full Time department: ( Managed Services ) location: Gurugram, Haryana team: MS Infrastructure Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 support for Citrix and AVD environments, handling critical incidents and escalations Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions Monitor and optimize VDI performance, login times, and user experience Use tools like ControlUp for real-time monitoring, login analysis, and performance tuning Manage Golden/Master Images and provisioning (MCS) Configure and support FSLogix profile containers Handle application publishing, Citrix policies, and access management Manage and troubleshoot Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Networking, Scaling) Work on Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and user profile management Perform patching, upgrades, and migrations (Citrix & AVD) Collaborate with L1/L2 teams and provide technical guidance Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and KB articles   Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, Networking, Storage, Scaling) Strong experience in Active Directory (AD), GPO, DNS Expertise in FSLogix profile management Experience with MCS provisioning Hands-on experience with ControlUp for monitoring and troubleshooting Strong understanding of login performance troubleshooting and optimization Experience with VDI performance tuning and issue resolution Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation Experience with Citrix Director, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Good to Have Experience with Citrix Cloud Knowledge of Citrix ADC / NetScaler Familiarity with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-140) Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V) Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment (if required) Mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities   Roles & Responsibilities Level (L3): Handle major incidents, escalations, and critical outages Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Citrix and AVD Drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives  Support solution design and architecture discussions   Work Model: Work from Office (5 days a week)Shifts: 04:30 PM – 01:30 AM IST 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST
