About this role
The Role.. We’re looking for a highly organised Sample Coordinator to join the Creative team at Soho Home. You’ll support the Head of Creative and Senior Producer across all our lifestyle shoots, keeping samples moving and teams connected from brief through to wrap.This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll need to be on top of the details, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and a natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with teams across the business. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Creative and Senior Producer with all Soho Home lifestyle shoots
Manage product sample ordering, tracking, and delivery in collaboration with NPD, Logistics, Studio, and Warehouse teams
Manage all shoot logistics, including transport, couriers, and the movement and care of props and hero pieces
Support on-set setup and act as the main contact for all product-related queries during shoots
Oversee shoot wrap-up, including product returns and organisation of assets
Own the upload and organisation of lifestyle imagery to Brandfolder, ensuring assets are accurately tagged and accessible
Maintain accurate sample records and assist with inventory management
Provide ad hoc administrative support and help streamline workflows across teams
Experience Desired..
Experience in sample coordination or a similar operational, production, or studio‑support role within a creative, retail, or lifestyle brand environment
Hands‑on experience managing product samples: ordering, tracking, transporting, and returning items across multiple teams or locations
Demonstrated ability to support photoshoots or lifestyle shoots, including on‑set coordination and handling product‑related queries
Experience working cross‑functionally with teams such as NPD, Logistics, Studio, Warehouse, Creative, or Production
Strong organisational skills with experience juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and moving parts in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., Brandfolder or similar) — uploading, tagging, and maintaining visual assets
Experience managing couriers, transport logistics, or movement of physical goods
Proven ability to maintain accurate records, inventories, or sample logs
Comfortable providing administrative support and improving workflows or processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience acting as a point of contact between multiple stakeholders
