Product Manager – MarTech
Berlin, DE on-site full time mid 16d ago
About this role
country: DE
all locations: [Berlin]
commitment: Full-time
department: 2. Tech
location: Berlin
team: MarTech & Automation
What we need from you::
You’re comfortable working with unclear problems and incomplete information, and can create structure on your own.
You keep work moving: follow up, unblock, prioritize, and ensure things ship.
You ask the right questions to unlock core pain points, and strategize solutions.
You organize work using simple tools (Docs, Sheets), not PM frameworks or Jira workflows.
You can write development-ready project documents with no AI fluff.
You understand MarTech fundamentals (campaign workflows, tracking, automation, integrations) and why they’re complex.
You’re data-strong: you explore datasets, can use BI tools (e.g. Lightdash), and draw conclusions.
You’re comfortable working close to technical systems: reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and supporting automation.
You’ve shipped before - a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project.
Your core responsibilities: :
Ensuring weekly progress toward quarterly goals.
Testing new releases hands-on, verifying behavior, tracking issues, and scheduling fixes.
Monitoring product metrics and system health, flagging issues early.
Using our internal automation tools to understand real user workflows.
Stepping in quickly when issues surface to help coordinate a resolution.
Taking ownership of smaller product areas as you grow.
What you will NOT do::
Jira administration or ticket shuffling - we work lightweight and we optimize for speed.
Make meetings for the sake of process or ceremony.
Wait for work to fall on your desk - you’ll know what needs to be prioritized next.
What we offer::
You'll have a direct impact on how global marketing campaigns are run.
You’ll see immediately how improvements (and mistakes) affect our bottom line.
Incredible learning opportunity. You’ll work closely with the MarTech PM, developers, and founders who are actively involved in shaping the company.
A culture built on autonomy, trust, and continuous iteration - not corporate ladder climbing.\
A team that deeply cares about delivering results.
